BET (Bali Explore Trans) Car Rental Terms and conditions are as follows :
1. Kindly note that our service is : 2 minimum days rents with no additional cost for the delivery & return the car at the airport. However, we accept 1 day rent car with additional cost IDR 150,000* per car.
2. A mandatory valid driving license or international driving license for foreigner.
3. Cars can be used only in Bali (overland / using outside of Bali is not allowed). FYI, Nusa Penida is considered as outside of Bali.
4. Normal working hour is 08.00 am until 20.00 pm (there will be IDR 50,000 rupiahs for early morning charges or overnight charges for booking outside those working time.)
5. If you need to extend the rent period, please notify the office /person in charges at least one day before the end of rent period.
6. Whole rates inclusive for car rent, insurance and taxes. For any small / thin damaged, this will be the hirer responsibility and the hirer must pay IDR 500,000 or US $50 per each damage case.
7. If the car was badly damaged, this will be the hirer responsibility and the hirer must pay IDR 1,000,000 or US $100 per each damage case.
8. Smoking cigarette inside the car is not allowed. The hirer should contribute to maintain the cleanliness of the car.
9. Delivering & pickup car outside of free coverage area : IDR 150,000 for Canggu, Umalas, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Sanur, Denpasar, and Legian.
10. Completely payment is required after handling over the car in the first day (Cash / Bank Transfer), by leaving an original ID card during renting period (e-KTP for Indonesian) and Deposits for Foreigner (US $100 – $200 depend on car type and the rent period. Signature needed for the Rental Agreement & Invoice. We encourage the hirer to check the car condition before leaving. also get the copy of Rental. Original ID or the deposits will be refunded when the hirer has returned the car. Other documents required (Copy/capture of Passport/KTP/KITAS/KITAP, Driving license, flight details (arrival & departure), booking hotel information, etc.). All the documents car be sent easily through WhatApp or Email.
11. Fuel positioning when returning the car. If the fuel position is less than the first position, we have right to ask for the fuel fee.

** If need driver IDR 250,000 max 10 hours more than 10 hours 10% from IDR 250,000 / Hour (IDR 25,000 / hours).
